If you are eligible for a refund, we offer two options. You can choose to receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases at Brand Zone. Alternatively, you can opt for a refund via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details for a smooth transaction. The refund will be issued for the original purchase amount.

Exchange Process:

Our customer care team will guide you through the exchange process and help you find a suitable replacement. Please note that the availability of the desired replacement is subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping:
For refund or exchange requests, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, in the case of an exchange, Brand Zone will cover the shipping cost for delivering the replacement product to you.

Certain items, such as intimate apparel, cosmetics, and perishable goods, are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer care team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including the shipping cost.
